Nokia 5310 XpressMusic

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic

Nokia’s placing of the 3.5 mm headphone jack at the mobile phone’s top, was an outstanding design choice. This conveniently prevents the cables from becoming knotted up. Also, the music control keys rise up perfectly off the phone’s surface, making them easy to locate when the phone is concealed in a purse or pants pocket. The cool display of the Nokia 5310 mobile phone is equally as attractive and practical as its body. A big 240 X 302 pixels display, with 16 million colors. That’s right, 16 million! On the display you can enjoy several text messaging features, such as picture messaging, SMS distribution lists, and concatenated SMS. Weight and size are very important for a music cell phone, especially on more budget phones. We’re talking about wanting to plug in our own preference of headphones of course, as not everyone wants to use the often poor quality ones supplied. Nokia have not only incorporated a 3.5mm jack plug into the 5310, but they have thoughtfully placed it on the top, right next to a mini-USB socket and the power button! Aside from this you get a 2MP camera, stereo FM radio and a MicroSD slot for the supplied 2GB card, although the phone can take up to a 4GB version should you have enough music. To improve browsing options for this cell phone, though, Nokia has tucked away an Opera Mini browser in its Applications folder. This is optimised for small screen rendering of web pages, delivering them quickly in scroll down fashion. Nokia 5310 user can capture photographs, video clips and pictures with friends using the integrated 2 megapixel camera feature.
